Wild-caught Lake Michigan trout from Odawa commercial net fishermen in northern Michigan, smoked in our licensed Michigan kitchen. This one is plain — no red pepper — with just a hint of lemon juice after smoking.
Each order is 2 fillets. Mild, clean, and easy to slice thin. Use it on a board, in sandwiches, or slice it for sushi.
